Capacity terms of use

Scope and customer agreement
These provider terms govern use of Capacity under the applicable customer order. The order identifies the customer, permitted subscription scope, fees and term. An authorized customer representative must accept the applicable agreement when acquiring the service. Browsing this website does not create a paid subscription. Atlassian’s marketplace and purchasing terms govern its transaction and platform services. Individually signed terms take precedence over conflicting provider terms, and an agreed data-processing addendum controls conflicts relating to processing. No third-party standard agreement is incorporated without expressly identifying and adopting it in the customer agreement.
Licence and customer content
Subject to a valid order and payment where applicable, we grant a non-exclusive right to use Capacity for the organization and subscription scope stated in the order. Software rights remain with their owners. You retain your rights in your content and authorize its processing only to provide, secure and support the requested service. Do not resell, redistribute or sublicense the service beyond the purchased scope, interfere with its security, or use it to access records without authorization. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.
Product and planning limits
Capacity reads permitted Jira sprint information, calculates workload and availability, and offers private and shared plans, scenarios, planning studio and reports as described in the listing and documentation. It requires appropriate Jira permissions. It does not automatically change Jira assignments, import HR absence records or guarantee simultaneous live collaboration. Refresh source data before relying on a report; unknown estimates and calendar assumptions affect results. Financial actuals are entered manually. Capacity is a planning aid, not employment, accounting or legal advice, and does not guarantee delivery dates or commercial outcomes. Roadmap statements are not commitments to specific delivery dates.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate inputs and a lawful basis and notices for workforce data, maintain secure accounts, and share plans only with authorized recipients. Do not enter unnecessary sensitive information. Review exports before sharing; revoking app access cannot retrieve existing downloads. Follow your organization’s data-retention and access rules. You are responsible for source Jira permissions and content.
Pricing, renewal and cancellation
The applicable Marketplace order states the actual price, billing cycle and renewal rules. Cancel through the purchasing channel and verify the effective date. Cancellation, uninstallation and record erasure are distinct actions. Charges already incurred, refunds and disputes follow the applicable order, Atlassian purchasing rules and mandatory law; no blanket no-refund rule is imposed here. This product showcase does not collect payment-card details.
Support and service changes
Use support@smartechor.com or the public support form for setup questions, documented-function issues, defects and privacy requests. Include a sanitized description, version and reproduction steps. Custom development and third-party administration require a separate agreement. No additional uptime, 24/7 response, resolution-time or service-credit commitment applies unless agreed in writing. Platform changes may require software updates. We may restrict use necessary to address abuse, unlawful use or security risk, providing notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable.
Data protection and end of service
The Capacity privacy policy describes data, providers, sharing and erasure. Where required, the parties must complete the applicable DPA and transfer arrangements before the relevant processing. On termination, access ends under the order and return/deletion follows the agreed data-processing terms and disclosed controls. Source Jira records and customer downloads are not deleted by cancellation. Mandatory legal rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and notices
Revisions identify their effective date. Material changes affecting existing customers are communicated as required by law and contract. No additional arbitration clause, indemnity or contractual liability cap is imposed by these terms. Questions and notices: support@smartechor.com.
