Browsing this website

The site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, visitor accounts or marketing cookies. Fonts and product images are served with the website. The hosting provider may process ordinary access and security logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to deliver and protect the site.

Contacting us

You can use our contact form or email us. The form sends your name, email address, selected product, optional store URL, message and optional screenshot to support@smartechor.com through our hosting provider’s mail service. It also sends a confirmation to the email address you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and handle related support, not to subscribe you to marketing. Messages and attachments are handled in our support mailbox; the website does not publish them or keep a separate ticket database. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment details or personal customer records.

Protecting the contact form

The form uses an essential session cookie for request security. Temporary, hashed rate-limit records help prevent spam and expire after one hour. Uploaded screenshots are attached to your support email; they are not saved in a publicly accessible uploads folder. Contact us to request deletion of information you previously sent.
