Keep out air, light and heat

An airtight tin with a one-way valve, in a cupboard away from the oven. Not the fridge: it picks up smells and damp.

Buy little and often

Two weeks of coffee at a time is ideal. A subscription does the remembering for you.

Grind at the last minute

Ground coffee loses its aroma in minutes. Grind just before you brew, or ask us for the grind that suits your brewer.
