Every keyboard, mouse, headset, controller and chair is covered for two years against faults in normal use. (Demo policy.)
How to claim
- Send us your order number and a short video of the fault.
- We reply within one working day with a prepaid label.
- We repair or replace the item and send it back, free.
Worn keycaps, cloth mats and cosmetic scuffs are not covered.
