Choosing the right bed

By Editorial team

Watch how your pet sleeps for a few nights, then pick the shape. Most pets fall into one of three camps.

Curlers

Nose tucked under the tail. A round bed with a raised rim, like the Cloud Donut, gives them something to lean into.

Stretchers

Legs out, flat on their side. They need length more than walls: choose one size up, or a flat blanket on the sofa.

Leaners

Head on the arm of the sofa. Any bed with a firm rim works, as long as it is tall enough to rest a chin on.

Whatever the shape, measure from nose to tail while they sleep and add 15 cm.
