About FLORA

FLORA is a fictional plant shop created to show the POLYMATH theme. Care levels, sizes and the nursery are demo content.

We choose every plant by hand from two nurseries, let it settle in our glasshouse for a week, and send it with a care card you can actually follow.

After it arrives

The first month

What we tell everyone who brings a plant home.

  1. Day 1

    Unbox and leave it be

    Take off the paper, stand it upright and give it a day to get over the journey. No water yet.

  2. Week 1

    Find its light

    Check the suns on its care card and move it once, to the right window. Then stop moving it.

  3. Week 2

    The first water

    Push a finger into the soil. If the top few centimetres are dry, water until it runs through.

  4. Month 1

    New leaves

    A new leaf means it has settled. Start feeding in spring and summer; repot only when roots ask.

Every plant ships with a card: light, water and humidity on a scale of one to three. This is the Golden Pothos, the plant we suggest to start with.
