Where to find your size

Look inside the left temple of a pair that fits you. You will see three numbers, for example 49 □ 21 145.

What they mean

49 is the lens width, 21 the bridge between the lenses, and 145 the temple length, all in millimetres. Frames within 2 mm of your lens width and bridge will usually feel the same.
