About SUMMIT
SUMMIT is a fictional outdoor brand, made to show the POLYMATH theme. Weights, ratings and the trail are demo content.
We make a small kit for long days on foot: one day pack, one shell, one boot, and the layers and camp gear that go with them.
On the scales
The whole kit, weighed
Every weight is on the product page, because on a steep climb every 100 g is felt. (Demo figures.)
- Ridge 30 L pack
- 1.1 kg
With the rain cover.
- Storm shell
- 340 g
Size M, packed into its own pocket.
- Basecamp 2P tent
- 1.9 kg
Poles, pegs and fly included.
- Down sleeping bag
- 980 g
Packs to the size of a loaf.

Repair before replace
Gear that comes back
If a zip, a buckle or a seam gives up early, send it to us and we mend it. A tent that has seen a hundred nights should see a hundred more. (Demo promise.)
- Zips, buckles and seams repaired
- Spare parts sold on their own
- Fabrics listed on every product
Three promises
Fewer things, carried further
Tested on the ridge
Every piece is carried on a full day out before it goes on sale. (Demo.)
Recycled where it counts
The pack is recycled ripstop; the base layer is plain merino.
Honest numbers
Weights, volumes and ratings, with the size they were measured at.
Before you go
Start a little cold, turn back a little early, and take everything home.
